Kottayam cars has been my go to car rental place for over a year now. I always have a positive experience with them. The staff is very friendly and professional. They have a good range of cars at an affordable cost and in very good condition for rental car standards. Will definitely recommend them.

Had a good and smooth experience. Was picked up from Cochin airport by their driver, dropped off at home and had the use of the vehicle as a self drive vehicle for a few days until it was time to fly out, when I was again picked up from my house and dropped off at the airport. Everything online and Whatsapp.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!! Before booking they will agree on different terms and in the middle of the booking they will charge you additionally citing different terms present in their email. They do not abide by their words. Be careful while booking.

At Kottayam Cars, we strive to make our terms as clear and transparent as possible to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our customers. Regarding your rental, our records indicate that the vehicle was delivered to you at 10:00 AM on Day 1 and returned at 6:00 PM on Day 5. As noted in the information sent via mail prior to your booking, our rental days are calculated on a 24-hour cycle starting from the delivery time. This policy states: "A day is calculated as per 24 hours from delivery time of car, minimum 1 day rental is charged on delayed timings." Because the return time extended beyond the 24-hour cycle of the final day, the additional day's charge was applied automatically based on this policy. We value your business and hope this explanation helps clear up any confusion.
